Do you wash your hydration vest? Your hydration vest can hold a ton of bacteria, not to mention a terrible smell from all your sweat.
How often should you wash it? I’d recommend AT LEAST once a week!
1️⃣ Plug your sink and fill with hot water
2️⃣ Place laundry detergent and any other fabric products into the sink
3️⃣ Put your vest into the full sink (remember to check pockets to remove electronics!)
4️⃣ Lather and scrub!!
5️⃣ Rinse and hang to dry! I always hang mine in the shower to allow for the excess water to drip off.
